Responsibilities:
Schedule management
Administrative procedures, tasks, and documentation
Phone support
Front desk/reception duties
Occasionally assisting clients during fittings
Requirements:
Knowledge of Excel
Experience with Microsoft Office
Intermediate to advanced level of English
Experience in customer service, reception, or similar roles
Highly efficient in data management, very organized, and detail-oriented
