We are looking for an Area Manager for the Americas region (USA & Latin America) to oversee and drive the performance of our own stores in the United States as well as provide strategic support to franchise partners across Mexico and South America.
This is a highly international, field-based role with approximately 80% of time spent traveling across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the commercial and operational performance of company-owned boutiques in the USA.
Support and guide franchise partners across Mexico and South America, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
Analyze sales KPIs and monitor store performance across multiple markets.
Implement action plans to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s positioning in all locations.
Train, motivate, and develop store managers and retail teams across the region.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising, and brand guidelines.
Identify growth opportunities and support business development in emerging markets.
Act as a key link between headquarters and local markets, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Participate in store openings, events, market visits, and commercial activations.
Extensive travel (approx. 80%) across USA, Mexico, and South America.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role in premium/luxury retail (bridal experience highly valued).
Strong international mindset and experience working across multiple countries or markets.
Proven ability to manage both own retail stores and franchise/partner networks.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and team development abilities.
Passion for bridal fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
High level of English (C1 minimum); Spanish strongly preferred.
Fully comfortable with extensive travel (up to 80% of working time).
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools.
